T.R. It expresses the rights guaranteed by the Constitution, international agreements, laws and other legislation.
"Patient and Relatives' Rights" has entered the agenda of the society more and more after the "Patient Rights Regulation" published for the first time in our country in 1998. In order to ensure the implementation of the Patient Rights Regulation published by our Ministry on 01.08.1998, the “Directive on Patient Rights Practices in Healthcare Facilities” was published on 15 October 2003 and studies were initiated to put it into practice.
In this context, it started to serve our patients with the Patient Rights Unit, which was established on 07.08.2007 within the Bolu Oral and Dental Health Center. In addition to our quality target efforts, our Patient Rights Unit carries out its duties with training and continuous improvement studies aimed at preventing possible violations of rights in line with the demands and opinions of our patients.
