He was born in 1988 in the Taşova district of Amasya.
He graduated in 2010 from Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Erbaa Vocational School of Health Services, Department of Medical Documentation and Secretarial Services.
On January 31, 2011, he was appointed as a Medical Secretary at Düzce Akçakoca State Hospital.
Between 2011 and 2012, he worked in the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at Akçakoca State Hospital.
From 2012 to 2019, he served in the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at Bolu İzzet Baysal Oral and Dental Health Center.
Between 2019 and 2023, he worked in the Forensic Report Unit at Amasya Sabuncuoğlu Şerefeddin Training and Research Hospital.
From 2023 to 2024, he served in the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at Bolu İzzet Baysal Oral and Dental Health Hospital.
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty in 2013,
a Bachelor's degree in Health Management from Atatürk University Open Education Faculty in 2018,
and an Associate Degree in Justice from Atatürk University in 2021.
He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Tourism at Düzce University.
He is married and the father of two children.
